Step 5 :

Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers

Last option you can try is uninstall the Bluetooth drivers and reinstall them back to your system. This way you can get a complete refresh Bluetooth app on your Windows system. To do so, kindly follow below given steps from here.

Step 1 :

Select the Windows Start button to search for Device Manager option. Enter Device Manager into the Search box by using your PC’s Keyboard and then hit the Enter button.

Step 2 :

Under the Bluetooth section, you need to select your device. Right click on the selected device from here.

A menu with useful options will be presented from which you need to select Properties option.

From here, you need to navigate to Drivers option.
