Tap on Export to Phone Storage option.

Confirm your exported place and give it a proper name. The exported file will be placed with .vcf extension.

Now, go to your File Manager app and search for the file with .vcf extension.

Share this file via Gmail account. Just select Gmail’s option and share it to your own Google account.
