Select Wireless & Networks option and then Tethering & portable hotspot from the same menu. You can even directly search for Hotspot by entering it with your phone’s Keyboard.

You could see an option Portable WiFi Hotspot here. Kindly tick mark it to enable.

Congratulations! You have successfully enabled WiFi hotspot on your device.
Once the process is done, you just need to search for a nearby WiFi network from a different Android device. You could see a new network there which is your WiFi hotspot. Connect it well and start using it right away!
