Method 1 : Clear App Data

Step 1 :
Open Apps menu and select Settings option from there. This will present you a list of options to customize your phone’s performances.

Step 3 :
Scroll down the menu and you could see Phone option there, kindly select it out.

Step 7 :
Once you select this option with Power button, your device cache will be deleted or removed from the entire device. It will take just a few seconds.

After this, make sure you Reboot your Android device by pressing and holding down the Power Key.
Method 3 : Factory Data Reset of your Android
If the above mentioned processes don’t work, you can Reset your entire Android device. Go to Settings option and scroll down till you see Factory Data Reset option.
